These activities include filling daily quality control checklists and regulatory audit reports, tracking production and project progress as multiple prefabricated components migrate through assembly and manufacturing and streamlining daily material and inventory control.

By leveraging the Production & Quality Tracking feature set in parallel with Offsight 2.0’s workflow automation capabilities managers can generate robust workflows that automatically run in the background. These workflows will automatically fail QC checklists or autocomplete audit forms when certain criteria are entered. In this manner a shop floor operator or inspectors may only need to enter a few data points for the system to complete the rest of the process and accurately mark the check as success/completed or failed and in need of review/rework. 

Managers can now layer in Offsight 2.0’s Reporting & Auditing functionality with our workflow automation capabilities to streamline mundane tasks like submitting regulatory, audit or legal reports from the floor. Managers can load regulatory, legal or compliance documentation in the exact format necessary for submission to regulatory authorities and layer over digital elements like text boxes, checklists or radio buttons. Similarly when operators complete a few items in the form for a specific prefabricated product or product type/design Offsight 2.0’s workflows will automatically identify the inputs and complete the rest of the report per the workflow logic.
