Netsuite Integration
Offsight has just released its integration with Netsuite, allowing users to seamlessly transfer products, materials and inventory data between both systems. The integration provides a 2-way data transfer between Offsight and Netsuite for materials and inventory. This makes sure that both systems are always up to date and saves operators time switching between different systems.
Value Add
This integration improves Offsight’s value as a system of record by allowing us to capture real time data from the shop floor and update it across all business systems and stakeholders thereby allowing all teams (finance, production, quality, management) to make informed decisions in real time.

Material & Inventory Enhancements
We have made some highly requested improvements on the materials and inventory features:
- Purchase orders can now be organized more easily. You can select materials based on their categories, which makes finding and sorting them much simpler.
- Supplier management now includes worldwide address support allowing users to accurately add supplier addresses to purchase orders.
Notable Enhancements
This Offisight release includes notable enhancements from different feature sets.
- Manage Production Schedule
Users now have the ability to Download QR Codes on an Excel document.
Value add: Excel QR codes are beneficial for users who want to manipulate the sizes and print formatting.
- Increased Checklist Capacity
The number of unique checklists supported within Offsight has been increased 100% from 500 checklists to 1,000 checklists.
Value add: Customers can utilize even more digital checklists within Offsight beyond production and quality checklists including maintenance, equipment, and materials checklists.
